Stupid ass dreams 😑

Sooo you know those dreams that put you in a panic like even when you wake up, and then you're all weird and mind searchy for a day or two afterwards? It may be a dream that shouldn't even make you feel weird but it just does.. I just had one and ugh it sucks feelings all shitty and depressed bc of this bullshit that didn't even really happen... anyone else have those dreams (nightmares) ??? And has it made you feel off for a while to where you can't even communicate normally with certain people who were in that dream?
