Starting up a charity

Carly • I am 32 and from Southampton in UK. Me and my oh are TTC baby number one. Had miscarriage in January 2015.
So I have had an idea but not sure how to go about it...
My friend has also just lost her baby at 24 weeks. She suffers preeclampsia and was told her baby had 0.01% chance of survival due it being only 300g in weight. Basically the doctors said they could either inject through her stomach to her little girls heart or wait for it to happen naturally. This just sounds awful. She lost her baby girl naturally a few days after.
So my theory is, if they can inject through to start the proceedings of the miscarriage (if you can call it that) why can't there be something they can do to prevent a miscarriage. What I mean is, if you start to bleed why can't there be something they can do to prevent the proceeding of a miscarriage. I can't find any research on this. Was thinking of starting a charity to see if I can get money raised to go toward research of this but have no idea where to start?? Any ideas anyone?xx
