Anyone have any ideas please

I have not had a period at all since Dec.20 and it was very short for me it stopped on the 25th and on Jan 27-28 I had very pink spotting and it was very light and I have had nothing since I am on cycle day 62 and I have taken two pregnancy tests and one was a first response and there was faintly a tiny bit of color so yesterday I retested with a digital the next morning and it said not pregnant but I been having signs of being pregnant and no period I do sometimes have very long cycles but this is the longest yet and I am not stressing about it and being relaxed I just want my period to come already what do you guys think I should do Retest or wait for my period to come or go see a doctor about this(learn more on Glow: https://glowing.com)
