Back pain in early pregnancy
I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant with my first child, I've been getting awfully bad back pains.. It's a dull ache the whole day; but then when I lay down at night, I'm stuck laying on my back, and can barley move. Does anyone else experience this? Any advice??
