period keeps coming early???

Hello lovely ladies.

AF keeps coming early buy a week or more and it's driving me insane. Here I am thinking I had a whole other week before I had to worry about it and all the sudden I'm getting pink spotting. It's cd24. Usually my period hits around the 15th through the 17th every single month and usually I have a lot of symptoms before so I always know right when it's about to hit. well recently it decided to just throw me for a loop and start on the first of the month instead but now my period is on it looks like it's going to be starting today... so what could I take vitamin wise that could help me regulate my period and also should I see a doctor about it?
