So the other day I got a positive on a digital and I had a couple cheap tests left so I took them today and there's hardly anything.... shouldn't it be getting darker???

When did you take them during the day? It makes a difference

Consider the fact you took a digital test first.  Those tell you pregnant or not pregnant, but there's no telling wether the hormone levels were higher than today.  Use today's test as a base line.... Compare to your next dye test in 48 hours.  Or proceed to a Drs office... They will test the quantative to make sure your hormones are going up as they should.

Also, time of the day makes a difference, your first urine of the day contains the highest hcg level.
