pregnant or pms?

I posted in another group but got 1 response 🙄 so I'm posting here as well lol also sorry because it's long! so my husband and I have had sex multiple times since the beginning of march, last time was the 16th. I should have got my period the 17/18, but I still haven't gotten it,". My nipples are very sensitive and my boobs are sore. I have some light cramping that's on and off that's lasted for about a week. I spotted about a week ago, but have not since. I was also at the pet store yesterday and when I walked past the hamsters I got really nauseous, which is odd because I grew up having hamsters and guinea pigs and the smell never bothered me before. I've been super hungry, but today I haven't wanted to eat at all and get nauseous every once in awhile. I'm confused as to whether it's my period coming or I'm pregnant. An suggestions on when to take a test? 😳
