Has anyone bleed heavy for one day?

This month I had no spotting before and just bleed heavy for one day and then a little the next. Does this sound normal? Does anyone else get periods like this?

Answer

I normally never get spotting and my first day or 2 is really heavy whereas the rest is very light.  I would say it's normal just because the hormones change depending on stress, diet, etc. But everyone is different you just have to know if its normal for you.
