29 weeks and contractions

I'm pretty positive I just had two contractions. They were about 10 minutes apart and I haven't had once since but did any of you other mamas have this? It hurt so bad and I had to sit down and take deep breaths. Is this something that's going to be regular. I know I can have Braxton hicks as I'm almost 30 weeks but I thought those weren't supposed to hurt??? Need advice or stories or something.
