period talk.

So idk what is going on with my cycle but it's so weird. So I'll bleed super heavy the first two days of my period especially on the first day, and not just that I have serious cramps to the point I throw up. And by the third day I'll  spot like once through out the day maybe? it's super super light by the third day. Is this normal?
