Menstrual cup problems ..

This is my second month using the cup and I'm still having some leakage problems. I'm sure it's user error but idk what's going on. I insert it, push it back, and feel along the rim to make sure it's open.. and still leak. I noticed that today, it refused to inflate inside of me if that makes sense. Like, the rim will open but the cup part stays deflated. I pull it and move it around .. what's going on?
