PAIN (please give some insite)

So the past few days I've had this of and on stabbing pain in my uterus (the middle if that makes a difference) it never got too bad until today, the pain spread across my whole pelvis and halfway up my stomach. It got so bad that I could barely walk. (Tmi) I had tons of pressure in my bum I thought that maybe I had to poo but I didn't. This pain lasted about 30-45 minutes and I have absolutely no idea what happened, I'm not even on my period! I've posted this before but I didn't get much help so I'm sorry if I'm irritating anyone. I'm just really scared and can't see a doctor yet 😕 (I've already been checked for pcos)
