advice?

So today I have been super moody. I started yelling at my OH for no reason, I have been unable to sleep for days now and I feel nauseous all the time. Took a test and got a BFN but I feel there's something not right. I had slight browny red discharge at the beginning of what was ment to be my period but nothing since. I don't know what to do or how to feel. Not to mention I haven't stopped crying for over a week x
