So there's me, and this guy. I'm 14. I like him. I'm not sure if he's into me tho. We're best friends and all, but I really want to kiss him or let him know I like him. Wat are some other ways to flirt with him? Help😃

Test the waters and see if it seems like he's into you to. You know, be friendly, joke around and laugh at his jokes, compliment him, maybe invite him to hang out one-on-one or ask him personally to join your group. 
To be honest offering someone I liked some of my candy/gum was my go-to move for years 😂

In my opinion I think females should make the males chase them, make them crave for them. Back then it was eye glances and smiles, it was skin to skin contact but not sexual. It was telling him I like you 😂 um holding hands in the hallway. Or like how one guy did me ( which was always playfully bump me in the hallway and just does that cute little smirk like yea she's gonna be mines. 💀 ) it leaves them guessing because it left me like that 😂😂
