So nervous!!

Tomorrow I go to the doctor after a blazing positive test on Monday and another today. I've been trying for almost 2 years with abnormal periods and didn't even think I could be pregnant. Im so scared that anything and everything could possibly go wrong from a problem with baby or even it being a tumor instead. I probably sound nuts. I wish they could do a ultrasound tomorrow instead of having to wait till I'm 10 weeks. So nerve racking not knowing for sure 100% that there is a healthy baby.
