how do i act??!

I  met this guy in college. I dont like him at all but i dont know how to make friends anymore. I feel like im flirting, or doing something bad because im in a relationship and i just havent had time to make friends. I get really nervous when i meet new people and im scare that this guy may confuse it with flirting. Also, I have a boyfriend. How do i act? What should i do? I really need new people around me. Even tho my Boyfriend is My best friend, i need friends, i feel lonely in that aspect.
