Stripping Membranes...
So today at my Doctor's appointment, my doctor offered to strip my membranes to help speed up labor. I will be 38 weeks tomorrow. He didn't do it though because he couldn't quite get to the cervix for some reason and it was hurting so badly so I just had him stop. But just wondering, has anyone else had there Doctor offer to do stripping of the membranes?
I ask because today was my first time even hearing about it.
