Dry skin beneath eyebrows
I have always had really dry skin where my eyebrows are. I can rub them and it looks like it's snowing. I've tried coconut oil and argan oil and face lotion. I also take fish oil and cod liver oil and sleep with a humidifier. Anyone else have this problem or have any idea how to fix it?!
