No matter what, your friend is your friend.
The best thing to hear, when you're coming out, is "I support you no matter what," and "Girl, that's awesome! I'm so glad to be your friend!"
Then go out for ice cream and celebrate your super-strong friendship. You should be honored that your friend came out to you!
