fibrocystic breasts
Hi ladies!
I have fibrocystic breasts, and notice they flare up about a week before AF comes and tend to feel a little better when it arrives and a couple days after starting they are almost painless.
Well this cycle I am about 5 days away from AF, according to glow, and it started about two days ago. The spots that usually hurts started hurting, and it has continually spread throughout my entire left and right breasts now.
I'm not sure what to think. The tenderness is usually localized two a small spot in my left and one small spot on my right, which is also a bit more tolerable than my left.
Do any of you have any experiences to share?
