your doctor checked to see if you were dilated because when my doctor did it , it like hurt & my son jerked back like WTF was that . lol but i was curious if it's suppose to hurt ? jeez if a couple fingers hurts i can only imagine ...

Yeah, I have a long cervix and was like trying to climb inside me and getting leverage with his knees and whatnot. Lol. But I just try to stay light hearted. It definitely hurts. But that's part of the whole process.
