TDAP injection. excruitiating pain

I have been crying, awake all night with my left arm. Received the injection yesterday and it started hurting 1 hour after leaving dr office. I have been unable to use my arm due to the pain. I called before they closed yesterday to make sure what I was experiencing was a normal expectation and they said it could make you feel like crap and to take Tylenol and ice. My question is, what am I supposed to do now that I've tried all that and it hasn't helped? I'm desperate for relief and sleep. I'm not exaggerating when I say the pain is damn near intolerable. I don't know what to do. It's freaking me out and I want relief or someone to tell me this is normal. I'm pissed the nurse told me NOTHING about what to expect from this.
