When did i get pregnant

I'm getting so freaking frustrated I keep googling the event that took place that lead up to me going to the Dr

My cycle was Feb 7 2017 last for 7 days so went off feb13-14 went to the gym saw blood on my panty liner Feb 21 2017 cried for the Dr no reply so a week goes by now I have blood in my pee so I guess it came from tryna get pregnant while pregnant causing build up of unwanted things

Went to the Dr they say are you prego I say no cuz I DONT know I failed so many times I gave up so unaware I take these meds go back for more meds still unaware and finally my last trip to see if things cleared the retested me march 7-8th 2017 now its march 13 I'm 5 days late so I tell them take a pee test .. They say light lines so im like yea not possible do a blood draw called march 17 they say hcg 144.7 I'm like seriously impossible .. Moral is since I gave up I'm trying to track how many weeks she said 5 with hcg of 5000 but I'm confused how we stopped having sex on Feb 14 and 16 and 19 then no more so how 😳
