First OB appointment after fertility specialist. What to expect?

When I go to my first official obstetrics appointment on April 14tg I will be 10 weeks pregnant. I have my last fertility specialist check up of the baby on the 28th of this month. This will include an ultrasound. I looked online to see what to expect during my first appointment and it said blood work, ultrasound, exam, and consultation. However, I've already had all of that done with my fertility specialist before and during my first few weeks of pregnancy. I'll have just had an ultrasound two weeks prior to my first appointment. I had one done at 6 weeks as well. I'm a little concerned about having one done every two weeks since I know they aren't typically that close together. My question is, will my appointment be like a typical first appointment or will they skip the exam, blood work, and ultrasound because I've had all of that done recently? I tried looking online but couldn't find an answer.
