spotting and cramping ....

I had cramping all day and a tiny bit of blood when I peed earlier today. The blood was very faint, almost pink and it was just once today when I wiped. I've never had spotting between periods ever ( I'm 31, so 20 yrs of regular periods). My body feels like I'm going to start my period again except my period ended only a week ago. So confused...
