Period after giving birth

Okay, so my baby will be 3 months old next month on the 5th of april. She was born 1.5.17 I bled almost that whole month. I didn't bleed February and I had one spot of blood this month, yesterday morning. I peed and there was a little brown blood on the tissue. I put a pad on because I thought I was starting my period for the 1st time after having baby and the pad was clean all day so I took it off that night and I'm still not having any more bleeding. This is strange to me. Anyone have any ideas, thoughts or opinions
