PCOS-----OPK?!?!?!

Do you ladies with PCOS trust opk?? I've heard they are great, I've heard they are crappy if you have PCOS. I just don't know if I should trust them or not??? 😕

I asked my dr and she said that since I had negative ones previously then positive ones that it was accurate.  If I only had all positive ones then it would be bc PCOS can cause high LH levels.  I would also recommend using the clearblue advanced digital opk because it tests for a rise in estrogen AND LH so even if you have a high level normally it will sense a rise

I recently heard that you can better track everything if you do temp and ovumatioms lits. I read this book taking charge of your fertility and it's great! It goes into pcos and what your numbers might look like
