March cycle 3dpt

Being young (29) with no fertility issues (using donor sperm) I assumed I'd get at least a few healthy embryos to freeze, but only one made it to day 5 and was transferred. We started with 10 follicles, which became 8 eggs, 7 mature, 6 fertilised, one 4 went backwards, 4 stopped growing and one transferred. 3dpt now and freaking out that I have no frozen backup. Anyone else have a high fail to develop rate?
