implants & pregnancy

Ok - this may be TMI but I need advice. I have implants and this pregnancy they seem to be bigger and way more tender/sore than last. I'm only 18 weeks and I'm honestly worried they are going to burst. I've read your boobs are supposed to hurt less in second trimester but that's not case for me at all! They are sore to the touch and it's very uncomfortable. Anyone else have this experience?!
