What do you swear by, that was WORTH the buy for your baby?

I've had different mom's telling me things they "swear by" that helped them with their baby. It's very interesting! For example a portable changing pad/bag, nosefrida snotsucker, etc. Looking for what other moms "swear by"?

I have a nice long list.i hope that's okay.

First off is my son hates pacifiers so instead we use teething toys! The ones that you freeze,the normal ones,and teething necklaces. 
 
White noise apps for your phone. I use them to keep my son calm in the car seat.he hates them and the white noise helps him not stress out soo much about being in the car seat.

Jumperoo my son loves his and great way to keep him entertained without laying him down.

A diaper bag with stroller clips and cross body strap. Makes the diaper bag easier to carry and lighter on your body and shoulders.the stroller clips ate great for when you go someplace like the mall,the park,or walmart.

A carrier like someone else suggested.

The giraffe that is pictured is one of my son's favorite things.it was love at first sight for him.

A good stroller.

Vtech has a cellphone that my son absolutely loves!

A tummy time pillow. My son couldn't stand tummy time,but after my mil got him the fisher price tummy time pillow he started to slowly like tummy time.

The mylicon gas relief was a life saver for us.

Pack and play has been pretty essential for me. Ive only had it a month and my son is 4 months but i use it every day. He grew out of his bassinet pretty fast and my pack and play has a bassinet. Took a weekend trip and it folds easy so he had a safe place to sleep. Boudreaux butt paste is another i like to have. Desitin just doesnt cut it in comparison. Sure it doesnt have a smell and its not as sticky but it doesnt work half as good as the butt paste.

I was so freaked out when I saw these, but they are the basal aspirators that you suck, that has a filter, to get the boogies out. I was super grossed out the first time I heard of one of those, but when my baby got sick about a month ago, I caved and got one. I don't know how I ever lived without it.
