Planning when pregnancy is over

Hi I'm 31 weeks & 4 days my plans are that after I have my baby get onto birth control such as Paragard without hormones I have used it before it works great for me the only side affects I had was heavy bleeding and loss of hair but after a few weeks it was normal I love it , I don't want no C- Section just keep using Paragard , but my main question is how can the loss of hair be avoided I know kind of a dumb question but was wondering also is it true that Paragard or any IUD cause cyst , if anyone knows I would really appreciated thanks in advance💓💓💓
