Could I Be Pregnant After 4 years TTC

I've been having cramps, i took a blue dye test and it had a faint positive, BUT i took 2 red dye test and another blue one and they can back with a BFN 😪 i've been having symptoms.. like, fatigue,back pain, cramps, and i've been very moody.. crying for any little thing (very sensitive) im not like that.

oh yeah and my periods late by 5 days
