I've been with my boyfriend for almost 5 years & nothing

I have been with my boyfriend for 5 years & we never really used any protection. We have sex almost everyday in the last 5 years. My periods are always on point and they last up to 5 days. He does use the "pull out" method. We have not tried to concieve although I want to but he seems not to be ready and that is okay but I dont understand how im not pregnant yet. Does the "pull out" method really work or can I just not get pregnant? This is something that worries me.
