IS MY BABY GONNA B UNHEALTHY??

I went for my first prenatal exam at 6w6d.......and all they saw was a gestational sac.... no baby, no heart rate, NOTHING!!! And I also found out that I have 2 fibroids the size of a small orange.... on both sides..... the Dr asked me to come back in a week for a possible DNC.....I go back at 7w6d..... AND THERES A BABY!!!! 1/2" in size, with a heart rate of 140!!!! I was so excited but scared, because the dr also mentioned if something did grow it may b unhealthy..... could it b the fibroids shadowed the first sono??..... was I early for my appointment??? I'm so nervous because I don't want an unhealthy or deformed baby.... smh *tear* is what happened common or is my baby a miracle????
