is "dry acne" a thing?!
I have always had slight acne and I have keratosis on my upper arms. I also have really dry skin prone to eczema due to genes and hypothyroidism.
Anyway, my face has broken out with what I'm calling "dry acne". It's a ton of red little pimples (no white heads) and they are very dry and feel like sandpaper. I am super sensitive to most lotions and scents.
Anyone going through this and have suggestion?
