circumsision and hep B vaccine

I'm going to have baby circumcised. Are you guys waiting to have the procedure done within the first 2 weeks after birth or at the hospital right after birth? My midwife recommended me coming back to have it done because it might interfere with breastfeeding...  The midwife also recommended waiting to have the hep B vaccine done at the 2 month appointment , instead of after birth, because it could make him cranky and also interfere with breastfeeding. Just looking for thoughts on these topics, not so much judgment. TIA :)
