I apologize if this was already debated, I searched and couldnt find a post on it.
There's been talk about what's the right age to have children, and the general consensus is that age isn't the determining factor, it's about maturity/stability. So with that in mind,
Do you think that people should be required to pass a test to prove their maturity/stability before conception to prove their ability to raise a child? Why or why not? And if yes, what kind questions would you use to determine maturity/stability?
