breastfeeding struggles

I almost gave up on breastfeeding. If it wasn't for my fiancées support and patience and constant encouragement. Enfamil would of been making some moneys lol. It's been 6 days my little one has been out the womb and as of her third day I've been pumping 2 oz in 4 minutes were as it was taking 20 minutes. Those first three days were hell with the sore nipples and her cluster feeding and aggressive sucking it was beginning to be a little to much for me. Now I wake up with soaked breast pads... so if your thinking about giving up don't keep trying if breastfeeding is something you really wanna do. I started pumping inbetween feedings to get my nipples tougher and using lanlion and so far everything's been flowing like a river lol. We do use enfamil at night because it sticks with her better keeps her sleeping longer. Our pediatrician suggested it and we've been getting decent hours of sleep compared to when she drinks my milk before bed.
