Early Pregnancy Acne??

Did anyone have awful acne at the early stages of their pregnancy as a symptom?! 
Oh my goooosssshh 😩 My poor face

Terrible acne!! And my face is so dry, I look horrible. Currently 6 weeks!!

That's actually what triggered me to take a test 4 days before my period. I NEVER break out. Not since high school. My god my face looks like a minefield.
