how to get labor going?

How do I get labor going? I'm 37 weeks. My doctor considers my little girl to be full term. I'm done being pregnant. I'm dialted 2cm. I just need help. I'm a first time mom.

I bounced on my exercise ball all day out of desperation and my water broke that night. I was only 1cm dilated and had no signs of labor and she was a week early. The ball works for sure. I promise.

Ugh I feel you! I know baby will come when it's ready, but dang I'm ready! I've been super crampy lately, nothing consistent, and slowly losing pieces of my plug. Dr said I'm dilated at a 1 and baby's head down and engaged. I've been using my yoga ball and walking stairs. Just hoping there's some progress when I go back to the dr Tuesday!

I'm going crazy too! Been in early labour for 5 weeks, dilated to 2 over 90% effaced, measuring 4 weeks ahead, so crampy & everytime my contractions start to get regular they stop 😕 started bouncing on a yoga ball & drinking raspberry tea. This baby needs to come soon!

I'm almost 39 wks and I've tried almost everything including:

-3 cups of raspberry leaf tea per day 
-eating raspberries/pineapples

-reflexology/acupressure. Had a one hour session!

-religiously bouncing on yoga ball

-squats

-long walks

-sex

-spicy foods

So far no labor, doctor thinks I'll go until at least my due date, maybe after 😫😫😫

I feel your pain!! I've been drinking red raspberry leaf tea & taking the supliments in hopes that does something. I also got a yoga ball that I'll be bouncing on all day tomorrow😂 I am desperate!

I've heard.. spicy foods, sex, walking.. my last day of work is next april 7 I'm 37 weeks and due April 20 I will be doing all of the suggested next weekend!! 😍💕
