Relationship Problems

So about 3 months ago I broke up with my ex. We recently started talking again, but I'm unsure whether we should get back together. Our relationship was amazing and he was always a gentleman, but I ended it once I found out he had made a tinder and was talking to other girls. He said he made a mistake blah blah blah and I'm still angry at the situation, but he was my first love and the one who took my virginity. I still love him and we just started hanging out again and of course have been getting physical. I'm not sure what I should do. I can't seem to get away from him, everything leads back to him. I want to run, but I also want to stay in fear that I will lose someone I love. I hate this feeling 🤢
