Breawer's yeast help????

Question

Hey mommies So my LO 5 weeks tomorrow send to keep mine drain all day long. She'll finish a feeding and wasn't back on the boob about 20- 40 (if I'm  lucky)  mins later so DH gotmine some brewer's yeast it says take 6 a day umm..... do I take them all at one or like 2 3 times a day and when the best time to take them am or pm?

I took it, and it worked temporarily, then kinda stopped, but I was taking it 3 times morning afternoon and before bed. Now I'm taking milk plus, drinking mother's milk tea, and steel cut oats every morning. Plus drinking over 100 ounces a day. Seems to be working.

I took three in the morning and three in the afternoon. I however found that this didn't work or help my supply it never increased no matter what I did.

I liked to get the powder and make cookies. But I'd just take a few at a time spaces oht over the day. And drink plenty of water.
