Anyone else having major hair loss after giving birth???

My LO is 5 months and I'm having major hair loss. Like... clumps in the shower! I know it can be normal around this time but I feel like I am going to go bald!!!

Mine too! My hair is everywhere, it's sooo disgusting!! I can't wait for it to stop shedding and grow back. For now I've been using castor oil with coconut oil and rosemary essential drops along with a biotin shampoo and conditioner I bought on amazon. Anyone know when our hair will stop falling out?!

My hairdresser suggested taking Biotin. It's safe to take while breastfeeding. Hair loss PP is unfortunately normal and may last until about 9 months PP.

Mine was like that when my son was around 2-3 months, I started getting deep conditions every two weeks and it has gotten way better

Yes ma'am. I finally just went and cut 6 inches off just because my long hair was EVERYWHERE and I have to put it up for work every day so it was just falling out even more.

I have been on my prenatals since birth and damn I still lose hair. I am surprised I don't have any bald patches yet

Me! My hair is super thick to start with so now I think I have normal thickness lol 😂 but it seems like it's never-ending!

And worse, mine is starting to grow back now and have all these short wacky hairs sticking all out, plus shedding like crazy still!
