Daith Piercing?

If any of you guys have gotten a daith piercing, will you please tell me if they have helped your headaches or not and how the experience went? I have the worst migraines and have heard that they help tremendously... What are your guy's experiences?? Thank you all so much 💗

My aunt got hers done two ish years ago and she had migraines about every 2 weeks, and she's had one since. I think they are totally worth it because they've helped her so much and if there that bad anything is worth a try.

There is no proven fact that this piercing helps with migraines.  It's most likely the placebo effect that people are experiencing.

It helped mine. People say it's placebo but even if it is, who really cares if it works.

Got mine ONLY because I heard the same. Doesn't help one bit. Waste of money unless you want it for other reasons.

The daith piercing supposedly only helps for tension migraines! I've been debating on whether or not to get mine done but I'm not completely sure yet.
