TMI Bleeding from behind - 28 weeks.

I went to the bathroom (#2) and after I was done both the paper and toilet bowel had blood. I dont think i have hemorrhoids but maybe i could with out knowing? Its not coming from my vagina i checked. I still feel baby moving around. Kinda freaked out.

Update: I have been constipated the last few days and this time i didnt go a lot. I did find a hemorrhoid so im assuming thats what made me bleed. Now that i found that i know they are normal with pregnancy so i dont feel as scared. I didnt know this could happen this much later in pregnancy tho.
