As the scale was creeping up and my energy level going down, I had a moment. Reactivated my calorie-counter phone app, decided to do spring cleaning, and be intentional about caring about me.
Caring about me sometimes looks like drinking 10 glasses of water and staying within reasonable calorie restrictions with wholesome food I like.
Caring about me sometimes looks like doing Zumba with my two little kids in the living room and then cleaning some of those places in my house that irritate me every time I walk by.
Caring about me reminds me that I'm valuable, and helps me to be the person I want to be.
Happy to report that my energy levels are actually going up, and I'm thankful to be operating from a place of wellbeing!
