how do i decide?

My mom and mother in law both have the same middle name so we agreed if we have a girl she would take their middle mame too. But if it's a boy idk how to choose between naming him after my dad or my FIL. Ugh.

My baby boy has his middle name after my dad-- he has FIL's last name, that's plenty!!

We were sort of in the same boat with grandfathers' names as middle names. I'm the end we just picked the one that sounded better.

For me I thought I'd do my father's name as my son's middle name first cause he's my dad and I got no hesitation from my SO. with this second boy we'll be using my late FIL's name for his middle.

My SO and my brother have the same middle name so we're just going to go with that, and it helps that I like it too, nice and simple, James.
