Discharge?

I have been having WAY TOO MUCH discharge this past month. It has gotten to the point where I can't wear certain things because it will leak through everything and look like I have peed myself. It is very embarrassing to stand up at school and look back at the chair with a little wet spot. Is there anything to stop this from happening? I know panty liners are useful but they cost money and are just a hassle to remember to put on.
