falling in love with my ex!

I'm falling in love again with my ex! The problem is that I'm dating someone right now and he's a great guy and cares about me and I have so much fun with him but I don't get as excited when I see him as I do when I see my ex. Today I went to see him perform at my school and I had SO MUCH FUN and I just realized I miss him so much. He told me two days ago that he still has feelings for me but I told him I don't want to mess things up with my current bf and he even told me that when I break up with him to let him know bc he will be waiting. I don't know what to do!? I'm confused
