teacher suspended over "sultry" photo on Facebook page

Am I the only one who thinks this is ridiculous 🙄 they suspended her because "she's putting a bad image out to impressionable young kids". She teaches at a school with kids aged 11-18. The picture doesn't even look provocative to me? Just leg showing. Is this 1850? Yes she's a teacher and her behavior IN THE CLASSROOM matters but it's her Facebook page, and her private life! I wouldn't have an issue with this woman teaching my child. Teachers don't have to sit around knitting on their time off. They're entitled to a regular life too. They deserve it.
